(Note: the TitanCon Committee, which manages the event on a day to day basis, comprises the Co-Chairs, Chairs' Advisor, and Department Heads. The Committee reports to a Steering Group which looks after the long term future of the event and guides policy decisions as well as appointing the Chair for each year's convention.)
